He was born November 7th, 1943, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph and Josephine Randazzo Mulé. Vince grew up in the neighborhood of West View. At age of 16, he taught himself how to run a printing press. Vince was inspired by his father who was a skilled pressman, and he made his livelihood as a printer for over 50 years.
He met the love of his life, Judith Ann Ellick, at a diner in 1965, married her in 1966, and moved to California in 1968. After the move, Vince and Judy started a family, two girls, and a business (VJ Printing). His printing business was vibrant for over 20 years.
Vince was also a lifelong car enthusiast; He meticulously restored several vintage vehicles, among them his award-winning and highly prized 1948 Pontiac convertible. He belonged to POCI and the VCCA for most of his adult life.
